1. General description
HTD Post Bin Blender is used for blending granules and granules, powder and powder, powder and granules in solid dosage production. This equipment has automatic raising, blending and descending functions. One Post Bin Blender can equip with different bins, and then can meet the blending requirements of different capacity. It is an ideal equipment of pharmaceutical factory for final blending, and widely used in chemical and food industry.
2. Work principle
This equipment consists of post, frame, blending fork carriage, drive system, brake system and control system, etc. When working, push the bin to blending fork carriage and lock the nuts, and start the control system, the blending fork carriage will raise the bin to required height and position automatically. Then drive system will begin the blending process according to the set blending time and blending speed. When the blending work is finished, the brake system will stop the blending fork carriage to a horizontal position, and then bin will descend to the ground. At last the whole equipment stops and print the technical parameters. Release the nuts of blending fork carriage, and move the bin to the next process.
3. Features of the equipment
1. Intelligent PLC control system, and graphic interface.
2. There is no dead corner inside the bin. And there is no dust leakage or cross contamination in the sealed condition.
3. The discharge butterfly valve has the device for avoiding misoperation.
4. Easy to operate, maintain and clean.
5. The movable bin is convenient to transfer material, and it is easy to load and unload.
6. Blending time and blending speed can be adjusted by touch screen, it can ensure the blending efficiency is good. System can position, print and record technical parameters automatically. And there is fault warning and alarm function.
7. Parameters can be stored and printed.
